This photo is of the engine compartment just forward of the windsheild washer tank, on the driver's side. The top of the photo is forward. I added a new relay and fuse holder for driving/fog lights. In the photo these new parts have bright green stickers on them. There is an existing relay toward the bottom of the photo. Rather than running a wire from the battery to the new relay, I piggybacked with an inline fuse off the "power in" from the existing relay next to it. Anyone know what this existing relay provides power to?:

That's not a good idea. Electrical circuits are designed for a certain capacity and re-engineering on the fly usually doesn't work out to well. If you are planning a number of electrical accessories do it right and get a buss box.

Appreciated. I tapped into the power supply to another relay, and it's a relatively heavy gauge wire. Plus, these lights only draw about 2.8 amps combined. I put a 5 amp fuse on it. I agree, it's not ideal but I think I'll be fine for now. I'll take the suggestion and add an aux fuseblock.
Still curious if anyone knows what the relay at the bottom of the photo controls. It's on the inside fender driver's side, toward the front of the engine bay.
