Had radiator Crack open so I replaced it with ebay 3row aluminum radiator with electric fans. But now it has heating issues, it will go past 210 when driving around or idling but never boils over. Has new water pump. It has no thermostat in it. Do I put the clutch fan in it? Or head gasket blew?

How far past 210? Do the fans come on? Jeep should run around that normally. I would put the thermostat back in to improve warmups and efficiency. .

Did you flush the rest of the system when you changed the rad? Have you verified the temps with an IR thermometer?

Is that the correct temp sensor? Asking, since the stock one goes in the back of the head and is not the same as the later years that go in the thermostat housing.
