I want to put a cd player in my 89, auto ,no AC.Trying to find out to remove the panel to get to the radio,I could probably figure it out but I know I would crack it or brake something,I,m not good with plastic.

Remove your lower panel first. Below your dash panel and all the way across to passenger side.
Then two screws above instruments and two lower screws.
Pull the panel web evenly, it is clip detented in there. Will expose the switches and such for light replacement and service to heater controls and the radio mounting. You may have to pull your clock panel to get full access to the radio.
Go easy on any bulb mountings for the various switches, ive found them brittle after two dozen years.
