Ok I want to get a hole new exhaust system on my 88xj but I cant find exhaust systems like you caan for the newer xj like from borla and stuff like that is there different bends cause I do know that my xj has an egr system so what should I do

 

Mix n match, It would be way cheaper getting parts that way as well. I straight piped my jeep for about $40ish

 

if you disable EGR - you able to use later years exhausted header.(without egr tube)
also Pacesetter still make headers for renix era cherokee.

 

I wanted to disable the egr system I want to use 99 exhaust manifold cause I have a set at home

 

How bout the down pipe I tried it on my first 88 and the 94 manifold and down pipe didnt fit correctly
