Ok, just got a set of three used transmission solenoid for 50 bucks on ebay....they work great when i pulled one old one off and sure enough it was broken put new seal and filter in and the proper fluids and it runs like a champ no shifting issues.

It still idles at 1400 rpms but i will work on that. It runs at 3000 rpms in 4th or overdrive, but not 5000 at 45mphs.
