85 jeep cherokee 2.5 4x4 question

My engine went out on me . I got the 2.5 amc Inline 4 and I found a 92- 96 2.5 wrangler yj engine for cheap would it fit easy or what would I have to do

Good chance yours has a carb, right?

Yes it does. Found one for 350$ rebuilt with warranty would it be worth it?
