Default 8.25 yoke

Hey kids, Has anyone successfully replaced the yoke on a 8.25 without replacing the crush sleeve? Kinda' in a bind and the axle is only temporary. I don't want too spend much money on it when I'll be replacing it as soon as the weather breaks. thanks for any input, Kevin

Could ya' tell me how you did it? No one around me seems to know much about it. I got a quote for putting in the crush sleeve and replacing the yoke but I have basically no budget. Thanks
