Okay I am near the end of rebuilding my rear end. I am at the point of adjusting gear backlash and i have a dial indicator for that, but i need the paint to see how the gears are lining up and i have called every parts store in the are along with every dealership. Has any one done this using something else?

 

Get a tube of Prussian Blue.

 

where do they sell that?

 

I've found it a NAPA, Checker, & Advance.

 

okay thanks a-lot Its been so hard to find something so simple

 

turns out no where sell that either, for any one else in a predicament like me I just found out that white grease works, and I am about to attempt white out so we will see how that works
