Default 5th Gear Whistling Noise

I have a 93 Cherokee XJ with a 2.5L, 4Cyl. engine, and a 5-speed manual transmission. Whenever I get up to highway speed and put it into 5th gear, it starts to make sort of a whistling sound. I'm not sure what this is, but I thought that it might be the throttle body. Its not a major problem or anything, just a little annoying, but I was wondering if there was anything I could do to stop it. Any Ideas?

I say throttle body spacer or CAI. haha. just playing. I would check for a vacuum leak.
