4X4 problems. Front wheels arnt locking

Default 4X4 problems. Front wheels arnt locking
on my 99' cherokee sport my 4x4 is not working. the front wheels are not locking. the TC is engaging and the front shaft is spinning but no locking of the front wheels. any ideas?

Are you sure it is completely engaged? Check your linkage. You can manually engage it from under the Jeep. Unless your case is gone inside the Diff.
