i am looking to get a 4x4 Posi Lok for my '99 cherokee sport. it has 10 inches of lift. but as far as i can find, 4x4 posi lok dosnt make a kit for the '99's. so, and suggestions on which one would work or any other products out here that would work just as well? thanks a lot.

 

Posi lok is for Vacuum disconnect front axles only. I believe the years for the vacuum system were from 84-91 in the Cherokee but I may be wrong on that one.

All a Posi Lok system does is fully engage the front axle connecting the right side to the intermediate shaft, it is not a substitute for a locker.

 

well someone swaped the front axle...how do i tell what axle it is, cuz it does have the vacume aculator...and its not working. the transfer case is shifting into everything fine, just the front wheels are not locking in
