Could someone please tell me what to look for regarding 4wd? I have the vacuum disconnect setup on my '87 Cherokee. All the vacuum lines are connected and all the linkage but when I pull on the shift lever to engage 4wd nothing happens. The lever actually doesnt quite sit all the way in 2wd, it sits a bit just before mid-way to 4wd. What else is there in the transfercase that makes 4wd work? You're dealing with a newb obviously here. I would just like to get it working before winter so any tips are appreciated.
