The longest lift shackles I've seen are 3.5 inches.

Hope this helps.

I recomend putting in a 2in shackle and a 2in add a leaf, I put longer shackles in mine without changing the springs and my springs are a bit bent and sagging now

a 4in shackle is really excessive just do a 2in add a leaf like was stated before to get the lift you need

New packs will be your best bet. I dont think AAL will help you much.

You don't know how big of a can of worms you just opened. That said I personally won't run blocks but if you do run steel. Aluminum ones can crack and pop out then the axle wonders and damages fenders, tires etc. People say they can damage leaves and I've seen pictures of them broken at the block but not quite sure how that would happen. If you don't wheel it or wheel it hard they can be ok but they will add to axle wrap and u-joint wear because of it.

Sell the 2" lift shackle, add some $ and buy a full leaf pack with shorter shackles. Adding longer shackles to your sagged leafs will surely destroy them. Or lower the front is possible until you can get what you need. Reduce weight in the back of the Xj too, if you haul a lot of junk.

Well, another option would be to run some nice nitrogen charged shocks, that would hold the back up a little,i dont trust those oil filled ones, and like my friend from vildosola racing told me,a good shock will do wonder to your ride heigh and performance to,and so i didi, and let me tell you it did lifted the back end of my xj a bout 1 1/2 inches, all i did is put some pro comp 9000's.
