4 wheel drive problem

Default 4 wheel drive problem

need some help here. i just lifted my jeep 4.5". so i installed a sye and cv driveshaft. the only problem i have is now i cant shift into 4 wheel drive. any suggestions.

Take the bolt out to the mode fork on the new housing and see if it will shift. sometimes they need to get trimmed down.
if thats not it try disconnecting the shifter and see if it will go in.
if that dosint work then something wasinit done right and you will have to take it all apart again. http://www.links4jeeps.com/writeups/231sye/3.php

i was going over it in my head and thats one of the things i thought that the bolt is a little too long. when we had the houseing off it did shift, so i give that a try by trimming down the bolt. thanks for the suggestions.
