Default 4.5" Rough Country Lift

I am looking at the 4.5" RC lift. I've heard bad things about the RC lifts (the shocks in particular) but when it gives me the upgrades available for the lift it asks if I wanted to upgrade to the Nitro 9000 shocks. If I got the lift and upgraded the shocks would it be a decent lift for the price?

Thanks

If it were me I would just stick with the shocks they give you and plan on a shock upgrade in the future.

Isn't the shock upgrade only like $25? I think it's worth it...

I had several problems with rough country, I did have problem with the shocks in the front where they just kept comin loose. You might have problem with ordering cuz they back ordered for 3months. and the funny thing is it just leaned down on the right after a while that was on a 6in lift from them. the lift itself worked great offroad with the exception of the shocks though.

The only problem I've had with mine was the sagging the rear leaves. If your looking for better ride quality, you will need to plan on spending a bit more bills.
