Default 4.5" lift

Call me a noob, but on the rough country website im under the impression that theres a difference between a 4wd lift kit and 2wd lift kit. Can someone please explain to me a difference if any? Or does the fact that its 2wd or 4wd matter? I have a 96' cherokee classic 2wd and want to put a 4.5" lift on. Any advice and help would be appreciated.

Nope, they do that for some of the other brands, but not for the Jeep lifts kits.
