Default 4.0L HO exhaust header cracked

My 95 4.0L HO stock exhaust header is cracked at the collector. :-(
Is there a cheap, readily available replacement or up-grade or, should I just weld up my original?
After repairs, I'm interested in installing an add-on fuel controller and attempting to improve my MPGs as this is my Winter commuter. Thanks for any recommendations!

Ebay has some cheep replacements. People on here call them headers but they are just a stock replacement made out of stainless so they don't crack. If you weld it it will crack agen. Just to much heat and vibration for steel that thin.

So the cheap ones on Ebay are better than stock? Thanks.
P.S. I just called my OE a header because of the tubular design.
