Oh, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.!!! If you wanted a reman crank you could have welded it up yourself then had them turn it down, and with the same disasterous results I had. IMO you can not remanufacture a crank, period, when the point is to restore worn down journals that won't give proper clearances even with oversized bearings. There is no underlying structural integrity there and it has been permanently weakened by the wear, it means get a different crank . I don't know how they can even get away with selling those, for the reasons stated in my previous post.
LIke I said I took it to a real live PE, who looked at it for a week with the others in his firm, I paid him for the opinion, and that is what it was.
