4.0 engine swap

4.0 engine swap
I've got a 90 model 4.0 with a bad head gasket and major exhaust leak. I've got a 92 model with a 4.0 HO. Could a guy swap the block and head from the 92 to the 90? I know the temp sensors are located in different spots. I'd just like to have the 4.0 HO under the hood.
