Is there a factory spec for the dowels in the cylinder head that help locate the intake?
Installing a new cylinder head sans dowels.
My old ones are 0.433" and 0.425" in diameter, unknown length.
The holes in the new head are 0.421" in diameter, 0.202" and 0.205" in length.
Searched the factory shop manual, to no avail.
I'm considering these: https://www.mcmaster.com/98381A668/

Was curious and started poking around.
You don't say what year. Not even sure if it matters.
Was able to find a part number. J3172318.

Appear to still be available from a few sources.
Also that part number is the same in my '94 to '96 and '00 parts catalogs.
Also poking around somebody commented on the dowels being larger then the hole for a tight fit.
But no specs, other then people measuring them like you did, that I can find.
