With 35's you will want to upgrade your axles. You probably have the 27spline 8.25, but you can check with a dealer to see if you the 29 spline. But if you have the d35 get rid of it. The dana 30 is a debated topic, but if you are light on the gas it could last, but if you upgrade to 44's you will be set. Also you will probably want to reinforce the steering, maybe OTK and maybe Hydro assist.

get some bushwhacker fender flares as well it will allow you enough room to trim for the tires and make sure they are covered and not throwing rocks and mud all over the place and in the windows. and at least a 44 or 8.8 in the rear and some 488 gears in the carriers

fitting them is not an issue at all.

if you wheel it though, the strength of your axles is what gets put to the test.

i would say bushwhacker flares are at the bottom of the totem pole as to whats needed to run 35's

You have to go buy some.

Really you don't HAVE to do anything. You will however want to start to upgrade other things as some have said.
