did it for two years...the only problem i had was the back of the fender flares rubbing when I had the suspension maxed out and the tires totally turned...the easy solution for that is to get extended bump stops or just make some out of hockey pucks. The only thing you need to look into if you haven't already is a slip yoke eliminator kit and regearing the axles. I didn't have an SYE kit and it still ran fine, but I still recommend it. let me know if u need any more info

the 4.10s should be just perfect for that tire size. Mine are 12.50s and the only issue i have started when I lifted it to 8" with the under the knuckle setup. My tie rod tends to roll back and forth just a little bit causing some bump steer.

yea i love the gears that are in it, its so much fun to drive with the 5-speed. always tempted to chirp second gear drivin around town. but ill worry about steering as the prolbems come up, lookin to eventually go to 8"

Dont go to 8" if you dont have to.

6.5" and 35s with BWs are a good looking combo that works well too.

I have 4:10s and an auto and I dont mind it. Manual should be better so I say do it. Just look into beefing up the tie rod and a steering box brace along with a few other things to accomidate the 35s. If you wheel it.
