can i run either of these tires with a chrysler 8.25 rear. and a stock dana front. i have 3.55 gears and a 4 1/2 inch lift. would this cause problems for me? any input would help. i have a really good deal on a set but idk what the cons are

you can. But your gonna break some shafts if you wheel it hard. You should get some dana 44's. For a dd you'd be ok

My DD has 36s and the same set up. On the road it has nothing but dose get 17MPG I drive mostly highway. Off road it don't have much for power 4L is fine for mud and mild trails. But I don't recommend it. You have to have the bigger U-joints in the front and have to keep and open diff with a light foot or you will brake alot!!! My newer heaver spline 8.25 (97+) I don't worry about and would lock. From all the research I have done its just as strong as a D44
