I'm running 33's on 2.5" of lift, 4.56's, 5spd. I consider it perfect for daily driving.
I don't know how guys are getting such awesome milage running stock gears and 32's.
Are you guys running on flat terrain?
They guys I know personally, who have tried running 32's and stock gears hated them. No power, overdrive was pointless on the highway, and mpg was low/mid teens.
I'm getting an average of 19mpg running on mountain highways (70mph) and/or around town.

This is my issue. I have almost 5" of lift and only 31" tires and i rub when flexing due to the 3.75" backspaced steelies. The stick out too far and cause the tires to hit the front and rear fenders when flexing just a little bit. I have 3" of bumpstops up front too.

yeah im probably gunna get some 31s on the next goround after these 32s are junk..
believe it or not, shes still a rubber with a RC 4.5... and my fenders sure dont look that pretty anymore..

just b/c your only running XXXX rpm's doesnt mean anything. you have to keep the motor in its powerband too keep it happy, and get decent gas mileage out of it. if its running a low rpm at highway speed, its prob struggling to keep speed. you can tell by the droning, if you have a louder muffler.

alright so to bring this back up.... im thinking of doing a 3" RC w/ mj shackles in the rear and maybe another coil isolator in the front. i plan on running a wheel spacers with a set of 265/75 bighorns on my moabs. thoughts? keeping stock gears, daily driving, any need for a tcase drop?

You'll just have to see about that t-case drop. You'll most likely need one though. And don't forget that the t-case drop is only part one of a two part job. Remeber to shim that rear axle to get the best possible driveline angles without an SYE.
