Default 3" lift tire size

I'm gettin a 3" rough country lift for my 1999 cherokee sport. Whats the biggest tires i could fit under the 3" lift without cutting fenders? I'm lookin at 31's right now.

31" and you still might have to trim a little off the front.

You could fit 32's with the right wheels and new bumpstops. 31's works best if you are really that against trimming.

'99 with 4.5 and 31's. did some VERY minor trimming in front of the front fender flare extension on the bumper. can't see it. but i didn't really have to.

Gonna depend on the vehicle and the lift kit. Some have to trim, others don't.
Running 31's on mine with a 3" kit. Trimmed an inch from the front bumper end caps and bumpstopped all the way around. Works well for me.

This a 3" with 31's. No fender trimming or bump stopping. It'll stuff the fronts but ended up cleaning out the plastic inner fenders. With some bump stopping everything would fit o.k. We flexed it pretty hard and no damage other than the inner fender thing.

It's an RC kit and we're pretty happy with it.



The back tires will stuff fine without making any contact. If you bump stopped and trimmed fenders you might be able to do 32's or even 33's..........maybe.
