3 Inch lift Rear vibration

I have just put on a lift which is around 3 inches and i am getting vibration from the rear drive shaft what could it be.
rough country guy said i should try starting withreplacing the needle bearings in the u-joints

I had the same issue with my bastard pack 3" lift.
One inch T-case drop did the trick.
Beware the cross member studs are not only a PITA to get out, they have little shoulders that don't fit through the cross member holes.
Each side has to be lowered separately, to get the studs out. Otherwise tou will strip the frame nut threads.

Tcase drop (temporary, bandaid) or an SYE, are your answers. It's your rear driveshaft. Lifting it has thrown the angle off and with it not being double cardan, it can't compensate.

It came down to vise grips for me, to get the studs to move. This after days of PB Blaster soaking.
I also drilled one inch holes in the sides of the frame above each frame nut, to spray real good. I used a 1" hole saw, & was then able to top nut all 4 new bolts.
