Default 3.5inch xj lift needs

I've got a 3inch rough country lift on my 2000 classic and i'm wanting to rise the front up another inch with a 1" coil spacer. What kind of stuff would i need. New control arms or brake relocators or what?

At 4.5" a new pitman arm is recommended.

I am fairly new to the Jeep game myself but I have been running 4" with stock everything for a while now. I just put on 2" spacers up front and its parked while I waited for rc drop brackets, lower control arms and brake lines. I also need a trac bar myself before I start really driving it around.

I know what is recommended but everyone seems to have a different opinion. I myself don't really have an opinion on the matter, just saying that I was fine with stock everything at 4".
