Scored a LP Dana 30 out of a 98 wrangler today for $50. Everything seems to be in good shape except for the lower control arm mounts that are bent. What is the best way at replacing these. I know ill have to cut off and weld in new ones right? Also in the last picture their is a wiring connection. what is this for ABS?

Yeah weld on some new brackets. A lot of companies sell 'em - pick your favourite offroad outfit

Yes that's an ABS axle.

Are you sure the entire axle isnt bent? In the top picture, it looks like its a little bent (the axle tube) right at the passengers side upper arm mount.

I'd be worried about it being bent, I have a friend I just helped swap axles and he bent his bad and the control arm brackets were still straight. If they got hit hard enough or hit something hard enough to bend those too I might be a bit worried.
