Anywho, you need a donor vehicle of the same year usually as you will probably need the tranny, xfer case, both axles, computers and wiring harnesses for the new tranny. Plus the linkages, 4wd selector and console from donor too.
Just buy a 4x4 one. Enjoy the better gas milage of your 2wd though.
You CAN install a locker in the rear of your 4x2, install a lift and probably outwheel about 80% of other off roaders out there.
