Ok well I cleaned the IAC valve and traced all the vacume lines and everything looked good. I probably shouldn't have but I re connected the battery and fired ole girl up and viola. Perfect idle right at around 750rpm's. Cycled it a few times, took it for a ride and perfect. Thanks for the assistance.

mind did this. i took my MAP sensor and unplugged it cleaned the connection and then plugged it ack in and it was fixed.

also happened after i charged the battery...
