Hello,

I just purchased a new Cherokee. Great vehicle, just having a problem getting it to recognize the garage remote. I go through the process for our gate, and it accepts and works fine. Our garage units are made by Overhead and about five years old. I go through the steps as like on the gate remote, but for some reason it will not finalize the process? The gate remote is older and has dip switches, while the garage remote is rolling. I am following the instructions as per the manual. Is there another process I should follow?

Hey JR, welcome to Cherokee Forum. As Shaky mentioned, there is a KL specific tech forum located here. A lot more experience there with the new KL Cherokee and fewer snarky responses. I really feel like we should be past that by now.
