2001 XJ T-Case Fluid Question
I have an 01 XJ with an AW4 and an NP231. I've read on here how everyone uses Dex III/Merc. However I haven't been able to find what people use in their 2001's. I saw somewhere that the FSM for 2001 says to use Dex III in the transmission and ATF4+ in the t-case. Can anyone confirm or advise on what they use in their 01 NP231? Thanks

01 is the same transfer case, I use Mercon in all of my transfer cases, ATF 4 is fine also, but since the AW4 takes Mercon it's easier to put the same fluid in both.
