That would be some sort of short circuit, could be in the harness, or a component such as injector or alternator for instance

As well as asking on here, I would send those pics to a place in USA that advertises in rebuilding XJ PCM

I would explain you cant get your PCM rebuilt cause they keep frying and they may help you by saying exactly what the fried part controls
