Default 2001 GC Laredo heat issues

had core flushed twice last year but never really fixed the heat issue. blows cold at idle so not really able to warm up car. at speed, warms enough to let you know there is some "heat" there. higher the blower setting, cooler the air is. warmest air blows from driver side center vent, all three other vents blows cooler air. any good tests to check if its core, blend doors, thermostat, etc? Thanks!

You could have a blend air door problem, but I'm not sure if they're vacuum operated or have an electric motor to open and close the blend door on a 01 WJ. Are both of the heater hoses hot, or is one hot and the other cold?
