2001 dome light removal

2001 dome light removal
Doing headliner , I have read several threads about it but can't find one for an 01. To remove the front and rear dome light do I just pull down? I don't want to to break it but I don't see any tabs or screws . Also does anyone know what size bulbs they are ? Thanks
