Decemberist

I have searched the forums for the past few days and can’t find anything about the problems I’m having with my motor. Here goes, the past week my jeep has been running normal when the weather is cool in there mornings. However, in the afternoon when it’s warmer the engine is bogging down and making a popping sound when accelerating from a stop with it gets worse he more gas I give it. I can shut the motor off and then restart and everything will be normal again. It also seems to be running a bit on the rich side with a slight rough idle when warm out. Any help with this would be appreciated.
