Yesterday I went to drive my xj and the battery was dead, I jump it and open the door and the horn is blaring. I disconnected the horns and took out the horn fuse but when I went to drive again a couple hours later the battery was dead again but my dome lights and under dash lights still come on. My rear defroster stopped working end of March but the other day I hit it when it was raining to see if it would work and it didn't. Now I noticed when I jump my xj and go inside the rear defroster is light up and won't go off. Anyone know what could be going on?

I replaced my dash lights two weeks ago with blue LED's but I don't think that could do anything to cause this. My power locks haven't worked since I bought my xj and neither has the key fob but the power windows and mirrors do work. Driver side speaker has always been blown as well which I've seen all these could be wires being cut in between door and truck. Could it relate to this? Please help!

 

Just pulled the rear defroster fuse and jumped it again and got it running after a couple tries. It almost stalled twice but I kept it running and now it starts up but it sounds quieter and battery is still a little low at start, I'm guessing bad battery?
