Default 2000 XJ Cranks but won't start

I've been google-ing for hours...

2000 Jeep Cherokee, and we just swapped in a 1991 motor with 106k. Used the 91' block and head, 91 exhaust manifold, and 00 intake manifold. Swapped the 91' distributor to the 00' coil packs. Turned the key, fired up, ran great! Shut it down, disconnected the battery and left for the night.

Came in the next day, changed the spark plugs, now its a no-start.

From a 2nd 2000 XJ, we swapped over the CPS (crank shaft position sensor), PCM, coil packs and distributor. Tried different plugs, new and old, its getting fuel, the coil packs ohm test good, I tried unplugging the front O2 sensor. Nothing is working, cranks just fine but won't fire.

Any ideas?!?!

Swapped all the parts back onto XJ #2, now that ones a no-start...

We have verified that there is fuel and spark.
