Default 2000 Headgasket

Hi guys, I have a 2000 Jeep XJ with the the infamous 0331 head, with about 150k miles on it. I purchased it from the previous owner at 116K miles. In the time I have owned it, I refreshed the coolant system, and it has not overheated. I sent an oil analysis to BlackStone Labs, and it showed traces of coolant in my oil. The jeep itself has not shown any signs of a cracked head/head gasket (white smoke out of exhaust, coolant in oil) except for it goes through some coolant, I usually top off the reservior every month with a little bit. Is their any way that coolant could be getting into the oil other than the headgasket?

I was looking at Clearwater heads, and they have two options: a brand new head with new springs and valves, or a re manufactured option. I am leaning towards the brand new one. My one concern is I have no clue how long the head/headgasket has been bad, and I am worried I am driving a ticking time bomb. If I go with a new head, can I re use my rockers and push rods as well? This is not a daily driver, just a hunting rig for my dog and myself, so I need it to be reliable. I have put a lot of part and work into it in the past 3 years, and would hate to have it go down. I will post the lab results for the oil as well!
Thank you!

The 0331 head issue can start very subtly. Usual signs are lose of coolant and coolant in the oil that only shows with a lab analysis.

If it were me I hook up a mechanical oil pressure gauge to verify the pressure. Lower than normal can mean bearing damage.

I've reused rockers and push rods before. Make sure to install them in the same location they were removed from.
