So I bought a wreck xj with a bunch of goodie on it one being heated power seats they weren't factory on the wrecked nor the other 00 I wired them exactly how he had them wired and now radio only works in acc won't work in run position????

 

I also just noticed the volt gauge and miles on cluster aren't working

 

Sounds like you have a blown fuse. Best to check them all with a volt meter or test light.

 

if I recall correctly the fuse diagram in the 2000 manual is wrong. FYI. I haven't found a good one yet but haven't needed to look too much.
