2000 4.0 in an 88 What do i need?

I found a 2000 4.0L engine.. whole with the harness... I want to swap out my dieing 88 4.0L engine. i have already done the cooling system swap to a 94 cooling system.

What do I need? Can this be done fairly easily? Thanks for the help before I do this. Im supposed to meet the guy tonight to purchase the used 2k engine.

I myself have never done this. But I dont think there would be a problem in doing so. If you have to change the harness that could turn into some work.
Hopefully someone with some knowledge of this can chime in.
