2" teraflex shackle lift
With a 2" lift you can use the stock shocks. If you need new shocks it all depends on how deep your pockets are. Do some research on how the jeep will be used in the future. Is it your daily driver (DD)? Will you be taking it off road? These are things to consider when purchasing anything new for your Jeep. If you want someone to just give you a name of a shock to get you will get 1000 different answers. For starters look at some Rough Country shocks. They could be purchased rather cheap on CF or Ebay. Hope this helps. If you any questions you may pm me.
Just go out and have fun with it! When you first take it out pay attention and dont go crazy. Learn how your jeep functions in certain situations. You might have to trim a little or maybe you wont. Only time out on the trails will tell you what you need to do. I have 5.5" lift on 33's and factory bump stops. I had to trim a little on the front and rear of the inner wheel well but other than that it works great. Have fun and be safe!

I cut mine at the top of the flare, had to re-weld the inner to the shell. Taking the flares off will help though. Your speedo will read lower then what your actually travelling but I dont think its worth regearing it

From what I've read, you can add a little length to your stock shocks with Bar Pin Eliminators. For the back (upper) you can use rear swaybar brackets (toss the REAR swaybar, cherokees with the towing package didn't even have them). Some people clock them (turn them) and weld them in to avoid anyh possible binding issues.

Rocky Road also sells a set for $22 http://www.rocky-road.com/xjbarpin.html
