what they need to make is soft doors for xjs. so you can take them off extremely easily and toss em in the back when u dont wnat them, or take off just the top part, yet be able to put them on when it rains and actually be able to drive in the rain. if they had htat id pay whatever b/c that would be awesome.
Well the offer still stands, if anyone is interested in a set of tube doors for the inconvience of using their 2 door XJ for measurements and fitment, just speak up. Any questions, please feel free to ask, you can PM me, or shoot me an email at rticul8@msn.com .

another note on thornbirds, dont get them, trust me. good in... nothing.
another poster brought up bighorns, decent tire, except for the sidewall, avoid rocks like the plague
/hijack
im sure any fab shop will build some for you, simple enough to make. even call up some shops that make the 4 door version, a 2 door version will be the same only longer, im sure if they want your business they will make a set.

i want something soft with plastic windows taht i cna use in the rain if need be and be sealed. anyone make that? something jsut like the soft doors on wranglers///
I have heard nothing good about the Thornbird tires. ALL BAD!!! They don't balance well. There niosy. They cup like crazy, and with the chance of death wobble on Cherokees, not a rosy picture. They even got a spot in an offroad mag as one of the worst 4x4 items on the market!! It is a free coutry, and you may buy what you want. I just wanted to let you know what I have heard & read. I am very happy with my 33x12.5 Pro Comp Mud Terrians if you are still shopping. Tires are a rather large investment, it may be a good idea to explore your options. Just my 2 cents, HAPPY JEEPING!!!
Old thread I know, but I just found these and will prob buy them in the future...
