2.5crd engine stutter

2.5crd engine stutter
I feel like i have been through hell with my 2002 cherokee diesel.
The engine has a stutter around 2500 rpm at around 30 - 40 mph.
It feels like it misses a beat. Ive replaced a crank case position sensor, New glow plugs, Transfer case sensor, Fuel filter, air filter and leaky return pipes.
And still no joy. The dealer cant find the fault and its costing a small mortgage to fix.
Is it a blocked injector. A faulty air valve ?
I would love some expert advice before im about to drive 1800km home in 4 days !!
