Default 2 or 3 row radiator?

Alrite, so I decided the very next chance I get I'm getting a new radiator from radiatorbarn.com. Basically, my Jeep has began running warm and I figured that puny 1 row POS is prob the main culprit. So, here's my problem... cant decide if I should get the three row heavy-duty all metal rad or the 2 row all metal rad..

It's a daily driver with an occasional hauling of a ridin mower, and very little off-roading. I have been battling the warmer wather tooth and nail. So, any input?

Also, did a coolant test on my coolant, and only 2 ***** rose.. how can I get more protection?

So considering my conditions you think a 2 row is ok? For some reason I want to lean at the 3 row but Lord knows I dont wanna spend any extra money than what I have to. Btw, how hard is it to swap a rad? Is it a backyard job? I could really use the saved cash by me doing it rather than paying the mechanic.
