1999 XJ runs rough, missing, etc.
Happy new year everyone. I've searched many threads but can't seem to figure out what's wrong with my Jeep. A lot of possibilities from what I've read but before I throw more money at it I figure it would be smart to get some advice/recs from people on here.
Jeep is a 1999 XJ 4.0L with 210,000. No upgrades, etc. all stock and I bought it used about 6 months ago.
I have already replaced the TPS and up/downstream O2 censors and disconnected battery to reset.
On a cold start the jeep will run fine for about 5min then it will begin to idle rough and sputter and misfire on acceleration. Seems that if the jeep is idling fine in park once I put it in drive it starts to run rough. Check engine light is on. When I brought it to Auto Zone and had them run a scan it said TPS and possible bad O2. Which is why I replaced them.
What should be my next step be?

What brand Oxygen Sensors did you install?
What brand TPS did you install? BWD TPS's suck.
Running rough after cold start is an issue concerning Closed Loop, where the Oxygen Sensors come in to play.
You may want to check the O2S Heaters fuse in the PDC.

The TPS is a Duralast brand and the O2 sensor came from AM Autoparts. I just checked the O2S heater fuse and it looks fine.
