Default 1999 xj classic brake issue??

so...When i drive my jeep for an extended amount of time 30 mins+ , seems as if the right front brake heats up and starts to seize, causing a burning smell, an a terrible pull to the right when off the gas or on the brake (like a could make a 90 degree right turn without touching the wheel). If i shut the truck off and let it sit for like 30mins, it goes away and drives normal again. I thought it might be in the wheel like wheel bearings or something but i drove home 40 mins after it did it and i let it cool down, except i used the brakes extremely minimal. I got home with no problems, except for what sounded like a faint singing from the right front. Obviously i have ceased driving it for now but doe anyone have some imput before thing thing goes off to the shop?
thanks in advance

you either have a bad brake line or a caliper sticking

I would go for sticking brake caliper... Just curious how can a bad line cause it to lock up?

A bad brake hose (collapsed internally) can prevent the fluid from returning upstream causing the caliper to not release.
