Default 1999 sport rear axle bearings

HI,

Can someone tell me if 1999 sports had rear axles with the bearings pressed onto the axle itself or are the bearings are pressed into the axle tubes?

I've looked at a million photos, some show one style, some show the other.

Thank you

That answer depends on whether you have the Chrysler rear end or the Dana. The chrysler 8.25f has the bearing pressed into the housing. The Dana 35C also, but could have a bearing pressed on the axle if it was done at some point, but not likely

My 99 with d35 were pressed into the axle housing.
