1999 Cranks but no start

1999 Cranks but no start
Pulled codes P0340 and P1391, cam and crank sensors. No spark. Replaced crank sensor with one DBW from Advance, because no OE source was open. P1391 code went away. Seem to produce voltage on cranking between pins 2 and 3, and 1 and three, so I think it is functioning. Can't find a cam sensor online, I guess this is the pick up coil in the distributor? Where can I get this? Dealer only?

Yes the pick up coil, It has several names (as I recently found to be the case), switchplate, cam sensor , camshft position sensor, etc etc.
They should be readily available. Rockauto, Amazon. Not sure where you are, but if in the US, you should be able to find it in one of the many parts stores that they have...
