1998 p0700, P0705 and no overdrive

A couple days ago my jeep would only start in neutral I took off the NSS and cleaned it really good problem solved. Today my check engine light came on with p0700 and p0705 on top of that I lost my overdrive. The transmission still shifts nice and smooth in other gears but it won't go into over drive? I would say possible the NSS but I just cleaned it, it was really gummed up. My overdrive was working perfect a couple days ago.
A couple of other things to check would be your TV cable adjustment and brake light switch. The cable controls shifting and the brake light switch is not only linked to your brake lights and cruise control but also the torque converter, when you press the brakes it disengages torque converter lock-up. If that switch is continuously sending the disengage signal, your torque converter will never lock.
That said, I'm dealing with intermittent lock-up as well. I've read stories of others experiencing exactly what I am but have yet to find a solution. My solenoids are all at 14 Ohms so I don't think that's the problem.

My preferred NSS adjustment method is to either employ an assistant or back up to a light colored wall. Back up to the wall and leave the transmission in reverse. Shut the engine off and return the key to the "ON" position. Set your parking brake. Chock the tires and slide underneath. After doing this...
1. Loosen the NSS mounting and adjustment bolts.
2. Gently rotate your NSS until the reverse lights illuminate.
3. Mark that position on the NSS and Trans case
4. Continue rotating your NSS in the same direction until reverse lights go out.
5. Mark that position on the transmission case, same as before
6. Return the NSS to a midway point between the two marks and tighten all bolts.
If your NSS simply flickers the reverse lights rather than turning them on steady then you'll need to disassemble the unit and make sure that the springs are in place on the actuator arm contact and that the contacts are resting in place and not stuck inside the arm. Also, check the fixed copper contacts in the NSS housing for significant wear that would prevent the spring-loaded contacts in the arm from making steady contact.
